The Population Problem in Europe. They aren't having enough babies.

 Why are Europeans not having a lot of children at the same time, as the rest of the world of course I'm talking about Africa, India, and China, and I can't forget Central and South America or what we like to call the dark races pun intended having a lot of children. It seems to me like the third world nations are having a lot of kids why Europe is declining. Here are my thoughts on this phenomenon.
